Announcing New Summer Workshops!

New workshops in the works for this summer - yoga, meditation, and mindfulness... oh my!

Many of our clients and students have been asking about yoga classes - when will we start teaching again?


Between our busy work schedules and our commitment to a good work/life balance, we've avoided answering this question up until now. However, thanks to our encouraging friends at The Recreator pestering us, we've scheduled 4 workshops for this summer!

Shannon is leading a workshop based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course taught at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. This workshop will give you basic mindfulness techniques to help manage stress and learn to be more present in your life. There will be some gentle yoga; please bring a yoga mat and a meditation cushion if you have one. We'll have some extra mats and blankets available. 


Gentle Yoga and Meditation

This is a series of outdoor yoga and meditation workshops, pairing gentle Viniyoga sequences with a guided meditation. Appropriate for all levels, beginners welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. This series meets the first Thursday of June, July, and August, at City Park on the east side of the tennis courts (near the playground).
